Para llegar hay q subir muchas escaleras y caminar por un camino con piedras y después otro camino por la calle q no tiene senda peatonal. No podía entrar al apto e intentar comunicarme con dos números de teléfono y nadie contestó. Luego segui intentando y pude, por el el check in es todo online, nunca ves a nadie

O apartamento é muito aconchegante e confortável. A anfitriã foi solícita todo o tempo. Me arrependi de não ter ficado mais tempo ali. Excelente localização.

Struttura accogliente e curata, posizionata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi minuti da Varenna e raggiungibile a piedi (anche se un pezzo di strada non è il massimo) da Bellano. Arredo e servizi ottimi!!

We stayed at this apartment in Bellano from March 20th to 22nd. The apartment was generally clean, and the host left a lovely bottle of wine on the table as a welcome gift. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the view from the apartment was truly beautiful.

We stayed at this apartment in Bellano from March 20th to 22nd. While the app-based keyless entry system seems very modern and convenient on paper, a technical issue made our last night quite unpleasant. Around 11:30 PM on the night of March 21st, we were stuck outside the main building door in the rain. Although the app was functional and we could hear the door receiving the command, the door remained physically stuck. We were incredibly lucky that the host had previously shared their WhatsApp number with us for a different question. Had we relied solely on Booking.com messages, which are rarely seen instantly, we could have been stranded outside all night. The host was far away and unable to come to the location. After 20 minutes of trying and communicating via phone, we managed to get in only by physically forcing the top of the door to unstick it. The major concern here is the lack of a physical backup, such as a lockbox with a manual key, for when digital systems fail. Additionally, a direct emergency contact line should be clearly provided outside of the Booking.com messaging system. While the apartment and location are lovely, this operational risk must be addressed for future guests.

C était très propre, bien sympa. Et surtout je recommande vivement pour la sympathie, la réactivité et la gentillesse de l hôte qui a résolu des problèmes à mon arrivée du à une erreur de ma part, sans surcout. Toujours présente et à l écoute. Ce qui m'a fait énormément de bien, car les deux hôtes précédents ça n avais pas était le cas. Encore une grand merci à ne pas hésiter

No tiene campana de extracción en la cocina, ni horno, ni microondas. Solo se puede abrir la puerta con el móvil, por lo que si mi acompañante se quiere ir, me tiene que llamar para volver a entrar. Olía un poco raro.
