"I was scared to lay down because the room was full of hair. It even had a pink vape in a folder."

Hair was everywhere in the room. I found a vape and rolling papers in the little black folder thing on the wall. Disgusting

Surprisingly good coffee. Respectfull of our service dog. Stall pleasant, professional, and helpful.

No ice bucket. The TV’s need a little work regarding channels and guide.

"We were out for a quiet weekend alone for anniversary"

The full kitchen was quite nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is right off the interstate and close to the exchange for some shopping.

The address online is wrong it says "73 Pkwy Xing", but that is incorrect and led us on a bit of a wild goose chase. The actual address if you look a little harder is "1381 Boiling Springs Rd." Multiple cites online state the incorrect address which leads to people being frustrated and taking it out on the lobby staff once they have drove in and out of an unknown area. Please fix this for ease of customer and staff. Also the pool is tiny I can see why you don't have pictures of it online.
