Lo que nos gustó un poco más es la ubicación, aunque no era céntrico había bus recurrente

Empieza la Odisea de las 8 personas que nos alojamos en la Casa Cumplimos desde primera hora todos los mensajes e instrucciones del dueño de la Reserva, tanto en el pago, normas y sobre todo la Fianza que nos solicitaron de 150 Libras GBP por transferencia Bancaria que realizamos días antes de la Estancia. Siempre nos contesto en el mismo día a los mensajes a través de Booking Íbamos desde Málaga y el vuelo llegaba sobre las 11,30 horas a lo que avisamos oportunamente Se nos dió la ubicación y el detalle del Pin de la entrada Cuando nos dejaron en la calle de la Vivienda, ya las 1,30 horas de la madrugada las 8 personas, por cierto encima lloviendo ,resulta que la ubicación te envía y sigue enviando 3 viviendas más abajo de la al final era correcta. Llamamos a la Policía que muy gustosamente nos ayudaron en todo momento. Al no ser la vivienda que te envía la ubicación ,se adjunta Foto,q estuvieron acompañando en todo momento por todos los lockers intentando ver qué vivienda era Tras más de 45 minutos logramos abrir la vivienda en cuestión que no se ajusta a la ubicación ni tampoco existe ningún tipo de identificación en la puerta como se aprecia en la Foto que adjuntamos La vivienda tiene mucho que desear en la limpieza como se aprecia en la Foto La Fianza segun los mensajes se devolvía automáticamente una vez comprobada la vivienda,que por cierto la dejamos más limpia que estaba y sin ningún desperfecto Como no efectuaban la devolución, hemos contactado en varias ocasiones por Mail, Chat de Booking, etc obteniendo una NULA respuesta, distinto era antes de la Reserva que contestaba al momento Al darnos por vencido y no tener respuesta casi 2 meses después, reclamamos a BOOKING que nos dieron un plazo de 2 días para contactar ellos y si no contestan nos abonaban la devolución que así ha sido NO LA RECOMENDAMOS PARA NADA

Prime and safe location . Close all facilities. Cosy and warm .

Sitting area has not got enough space for sitting . Stair carpet very loose on 2 spot and nails coming out of stairs

Iv marked the property down so low because they have scammed me out of the £150 security deposit this was meant to be returned 7 days after the check out from the property and it has now been 13 days, the host is not replying to any of my messages or responding to booking.com who have also emailed them to refund the deposit. They have switched their phone off and from what I can there are several other reviews on this property stating the same thing! Avoid this property as they will scam you! I have escalated this matter with booking.com, my bank and citizens advice to formally report this property and the business.

The property was also unclean with stains on the duvet sheets, fag nubs all in the garden and there was no hot running water in any of the taps. The property’s heating also didn’t work and it was extreamly cold.
