Villa Noeul Seminyak - Fast Wifi And Private Pool

The Villa Noeul is in a great location. Perfect for a family of four or 3 couples. The air conditioning is amazing, was warm outside but the bedrooms were nice and cool making sleeping easy. The facilities are great. House keeping every day, Widya was amazing and very helpful. The pool was very clean and we used it everyday, it’s in the sun most of the day. Villa is very secure and we felt very comfortable and safe the whole 11 days. I would recommend this Villa if you want modern, clean and convenient. 2 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars day spa’s and mini mart. We loved it and would stay here again.🙏🙏 Suksma

Clean and spacious villa located right in the heart of Seminyak. Check in staff who are locals were excellent and well mannered. Villa is well built with a lovely outdoor area in garden. All 3 bedrooms have exceptionally functioning air conditioning units, which can be a rarity in Bali villas for those who like to ice box their room to sleep in the hottest time of the year in Bali. Super comfy beds and very nice sheets and doona, as well good bath towels and beach towels. Full size fridge, and endless drinking eateries both iced and hot provided and no extra charge from the drinking fountain.

3 days in we had a blocked drain in the shower upstairs. The shower itself has no screen on it, so water literally goes everywhere and floods the whole bathroom. The drain was unblocked promptly, however a strong sewage smell was evident from the drain. After arriving back home from one day the water pump system to the villa broke down, leaving us with no water from the hours of 1830 to 2230 that night. This is where things got interesting. We were told The problem was fixed when we arrived back the villa, only to find dirty brown water coming out of the taps and shower heads and still no water pressure. When queried for a refund for the 3 nights remaining we were told initally it would only be 2 nights refunded. Unfortunately an argument with the owner management ensued, who are not Indonesian locals. This could have been handled much better. No water is NOR a small issue. The first thing that should be offered is a refund in cash (which is what I got eventually) for the 3 nights remaining to book alternative accomodation. It goes without saying it ruined that evenings plans, having to find and book a nearby hotel. Other than this, the experience could have been much different. Things breakdown especially in Bali’s hot climate in February, however, the first thing that should have been offered was a refund or alternative accomodation so we can get on with our holiday.

Everything was so clean! Daily they clean the place. Plus, the property is in the heart of Seminyak, so it’s so near to everything (food, pharmacy, convenience store, etc.)

Villa Noeul is in the best location. Very short walk up the lane to restaurants and shops. The space at the villa is amazing. Large garden and beautiful pool with sun on it all day. The indoor space is also great. Having an indoor kitchen and indoor lounge is good when you just want some AC time. The table tennis table is a very fun extra amenity.

Good location, spacious and good service

A lot of rain water came in to the house when rains, slippery tile, falls risk. Air cooler not cooling the living room downstairs.

Service, rooms, hospitality, views; nothing short of amazing

Location is super, a few steps away from busy street with restaurants and shops, but still quiet. The pool was perfect to cool down, service excellent. Inside you have table tennis, which was fun for the kids. Overall we can only recommend

It was so close to everything it was fantastic. The pool was in the Sun all day absolutely loved it.
