USReally cute decor! The place was clean and tidy. Location is central and parking is great.
The house is a bit older and smelled sort of like cat pee. There's no AC (which is totally normal and fine) so with all the windows open it was pretty loud for a sleeping baby.

USThe location was convenient for our trip. It was clean and cozy. I was pleasantly surprised to see the property was as it appeared to be in the photos. We felt like it was a safe space. It smelled nice went we entered the home. It was close to several supermarkets.
We had 3 adults but there was only 2 chairs for meals. The dining area was small but sufficient for our group. A folding chair or such would have made it a bit easier. We had to eat most of our meals in because of major dietary restrictions. A few more cooking utensils would have been helpful. But, we managed. Also, the neighbor’s motion lights were very bright and turned off and on frequently. It made the smaller bedroom light at night.

USUSIt was really homey and cozy. Very soft beds with amazing bedding.
They charge you 100$ cleaning fee only to be charged another cleaning fee because I didn’t strip the bed and put the sheets in the wash before I left. I probably will never come back to this spot. I’m a house cleaner for some of the rental homes on balboa island and if I did everything they had on “before you leave” list there would be no need for a cleaning company. I should get back my cleaning fee like a security deposit if I did their expectations.
