Pachnes Luxury Apartments - Heated Pool, Sea View

Everything about this property is outstanding! All you need is available and upon arrival we found fruit, water, coffee and even complimentary drinks. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels replaced. The view is sensational and the pool is great! Very modern and comfortable. Rooms air conditioned and beds very comfy! Most highly recommend staying at this property, host very attentive! Supermarket very close and a 10 min drive to Chania, will stay here. Again! Security is excellent and also parking!

Everything: Staff really friendly and helpfull Perfect location (calm area, 5min away from city center, 2’ away from mini market, 30’ away from beautiful beaches) Brand new building, high level designed, all needed facilities (amazing pool, all cookware needed including dishwasher) Amazing sunset (better than Chania’s lighthouse) And little details that will surprise you and will make your stay unforgettable - you will feel like home

Excellent, modern and beautiful luxury apt. We loved it there. Nice décor.

Fantastic modern, well designed and superbly finished apartment development containing four individual apartments sharing a great pool and patio to the rear, overlooking the sea. The apartment itself is very well laid out, and beautifully finished - all done with the hand of a good architect/interior designer.

The location was a bit far from Chania so a car is essential. In saying that, the view from the apartment was fantastic- looking straight across the sea to the old town of Chania. Also the apartment enjoys beautiful sunsets each evening as the sun went down over the horizon and we had a total of 3 private terraces/ balconies.

Very luxurious, clean, great location and well looked after.

A few things were missing in the kitchen, but that really was all - utensils, Tupperwares, soap etc

Modern and Updated facilities Very clean and comfortable furniture A washing machine is available Privacy Safety and Security (metal panels can come down at night for all doors and windows) Snacks, water, tea, and coffee are available Bath products and toiletries are available The view of the water was great for sunsets

The front door was hard to open with key The bathroom upstairs was small (mainly the toilet area) Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom There is an empty plot of land in front of the building that takes away from the otherwise awesome view Hot water (ran by solar panels) is affected by the weather (cloudy days). Asked the owner to help and he provided a solution. It took time to heat back up but it was fine afterward.

The apartment was stunning with an amazing sunset view. It was very clean with amenities all as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Short 12 min drive to Chania Town.

The hot water is slow to start in the mornings, so we skipped morning showers most days but it wasn’t a problem.

Very Clean with a nice smell. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were games available, nice bottle of wine and alcool for shots. The host was available and responsive. We can see the attention to details. We were able to watch the sunset from the house or pool.

The stove was hard to figure out.
