My stay was absolutely disgusting as at the time of checkin they refuse to give me room as they said with my delhi ID they cannot give me room. This is something I came across first time. As the lady called me several times asking me advance money not telling me about this rule. I spent money on cab all the way and went and couldn 't get hotel. The staff is absolutely pathetic with no manners. Im actually very upset. And will not book anymore coz things not real what it showed on your website.
