Fabulous River View - Brand New House In Hamilton

Great location, nice house.

There are smashed bugs on the bathroom ceilings throughout. There is no dryer to dry your wet clothes from the washing machine. They had very limited supplies in the kitchen, they didn’t provide paper towels in the kitchen.

The house itself is modern, spacious, and in a great location. It has a nice layout and could be a very comfortable place to stay with the right care and attention.

The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The bathroom ceilings were covered in dead insects, and the walls throughout the house had various marks that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The garage was filthy with spiders everywhere, making it unpleasant to use. The kitchen was also lacking basic cutlery and essential utensils, which made preparing food difficult. On warmer days, the upstairs becomes extremely hot — almost like a sauna — which made the space uncomfortable. There was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom drains, suggesting they may need a proper clean.

Wow the bedrooms were beautiful, especially the master bedroom overlooking the river. The downstairs communal space was perfect for a group of friends.

House was large and clean. Very nice

No regular TV cable in. Could do with a few more utensils and a dryer. Rained the majority of the time and difficult to dry clothes.

The house was warm and comfortable and an amazing size for our large family. When we turned up at the accommodation, we found that the tv wasn't working to it full capacity, but the hosts were quick to have it fixed for our long stay at the property.
