Beautiful Villa,the photos do not do it justice

The Washing machine broke down the day before we left and they couldn’t get the part to repair until the day after we left

The place was amazing..the kids looked the gameroom,the theatre,,the pool,Taylor swift room was awesome our daughters favorite singer highly recommend this house is absolutely beautiful...thankyou so much mDe our stay wonderful and comfortable..restaurant s not far at all..water parks within 3 min...amazing...

"It was ok!"

There were several things wrong. Dirty dishes(I had to wash the dishes), broken toilet, non working ice maker, non working TV, non working ceiling fan, no face towels or tissue had to chase the trash people they didn’t pick up the trash, paid for hot tub service for multiple days it was heated-1 day. Staff didn’t respond it was more than I wanted to deal with. The home has some nice amenities but you have to get passed the other stuff first.
