Cismigiu Downtown Apartments - POP5

Gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario, ottime indicazioni per il self check-in. L'appartamento è attrezzato di tutto per cucinare e ha una macchina del caffè per la colazione, ci è anche stata fatta trovare una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo.

Nel giardino sottostante c'è una luce con sensore di movimento che illumina in modo forte la zona giorno dell'appartamento e nella notte chi dormiva sul divano a letto è stato svegliato spesso.

The apartment has a good location and a large size. Overall, it has everything necessary, although the selection of dishes is a bit strange (it would be helpful to add proper dinner plates, as there are only deep bowls and, oddly, fish plates).

The main issue is that the description did not match reality. The description (see screenshot) offered that the apartment has three beds and a bath. However, in reality, the apartment only has two beds, which was a critical factor for us, as we booked it specifically because of that option. The manager was unable to offer a replacement, as none of their apartments have three beds. The only option offered was to provide a folding bed the day after our arrival. Additionally, both the photos and the description showed a bathtub, but there is none in the apartment (likely the photos were from a different unit.

It was a great location! The air conditioning was wonderful on hot days! Very clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment is situated near the centre and that was very useful. It was clean and equipped with all we needed. We were grateful for the Aircon.

It’s only a suggestion: upgrade the dishes and cutlery (easy to buy an IKEA set). very disparate, not in line with the quality of the rest. Some kitchen linen and hooks in the bathroom would be appreciated. Needs a woman’s touch :) .

Very useful for longer stays with washing machine, dishwasher and detergent that was there.

The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, floor was so dirty that all our white socks should be thrown away. We booked apartment for four people but there was only two real blankets and two throw over ( decorative) blankets. Very uncomfortable pillows. Leaking shower and toilet. Only 4 soup plates, forks and knifes… It’s not that expensive to have some more kitchen appliances especially when they renting out place for so many people. A lot of trafik outside, noisy both from neighbours and from the street.

Good location, close to Cismigiu Park. The apartment was really nice and clean.
