Latina Modern Apartment

Good position, near supermarket and easy to buy something eat. The house is new renovated, everything is new and felt comfortable, just have a little smell of new renovated.

Without AC, it's a little hot when I live in, just have fans.

The apartment was very modern.

There were a number of problems with this property. 1. The staff will not reply for hours, and when they do, they do not seem care about any of our concerns. 2. There are no clear instructions on how to find the property, and with the staff not replying for hours, we could not get into the building. 3. The electricity stops working if you turn on more than 3 lights. 4. There was no heating and the apartment was freezing. To add to this, there is no glass in one of the windows! 5. There were no actual blankets, they were paper thin, and when we said it was cold, nothing was done. It’s very upsetting that this stay was so bad, if the owners of the property, or whoever managed it actually replied, the stay would have been greatly improved.

Renovated and well equipped apartment in an old building complex. Overall the apartment itself is very nice and modern.

After flight was delayed the owner did not reply to my late check in requests altough it was still in the check in hours. Very poor communication with owner who is using external company services to manage the property. Did not provide a way to control the heating in the apartment, it was very cold in some nights.
