Sheryl was very thorough and concise on check-in details. Very smooth.

Not the rental fault but Google Maps directed me to a different tower.

Air conditioning remote didn’t work for all the buttons.

The staff was kind n friendly and happy to help. The manager was quick at responding to any queries you may have and fixing the netflix thank you Cheryl also there was a comfortable sofa at the bottom of the bed which was nice and wasn't expected. The room was big good size n clean with a hot shower thank you staff for all your help n the location was near walking distance to the strip

The lady guard at the elevator was rude n didn't communicate well

Slight problem at the start of the stay, but the owners sorted it out quickly.

PROS - fridge is spacious - AC is functioning well but on our last day the remote stopped working. The battery drained probably. This could have been prevented. We didn’t bother calling since it’s our last night. - They have welcome water, coffee packets, dw liquid, toilet paper, paper towel - The kitchen has an induction oven - There are few kitchen wares & dining wares (salad plates & dining plates); No bowls - It has a safe but we didn’t use it so not sure if it’s functional - Few hangers - Flat screen tv, we didn’t use it so not sure how functional it is - Free wifi - With hair dryer - Water supply is strong but there is a loud noise when turning the sink faucet

CONS - door is hard to close and locked so it’s a safety issue - No bowls; scissors can’t even cut anything - some linens especially the mattress have a strong ammoniacal smell. Maybe try to make them smell clean & fresh - Bed kept on creaking whenever we move while lying down. Maybe fix the slats or spring board under the mattress - Bathroom not cleaned well such as glass shelves, floor tiles, wall tiles, water fixtures as faucets, shower & shower handle are rusty. Maybe maintain proper cleanliness. Review housekeeping services. - there is pooling of water near the toilet bowl whenever we take a shower. It needs a shower curtain as well as a hole on the small partition where the floor divider was so any water that goes out of the shower area will drain back to the shower floor. This is also a safety issue since the shower floors are shiny and can easily become slippery - The window inside the bathroom has no covering for privacy so people on above floors can see you if you’re taking a shower or bath. We had to cover it with paper bag secured with tapes - The metallic shelves in the bathroom were not secured as well as the glass shelves so it’s not safe to place things on them - Bed linens were all paper thin, at least a flannel or a thicker blanket should be provided - There are only 2 pillows, at least provide 4 for the King size bed - Wall hangings ( there were 20 of them) were all about sexy women dressed scantily & posing provocatively, maybe try changing them with neutral photos - Also, why do we need to leave the key in the lock box when we go out? If in case of emergency, isn’t there a spare key kept by the caretaker? - Bathroom does not have exhaust fan so you can’t help not to open the small window even for a small one so as a result, mosquitoes can come inside the unit - no black out curtains so when it’s daytime, the room is very bright which is difficult to sleep and have a comfortable rest.

A spacious and clean condo in a quiet location, with restaurants and nightlife entertainment just a few minutes away. The balcony provides great views of Angeles City and the swimming pools are a delight. Will definitely stay here next trip!
