El personal fue muy amable a pesar de estar severamente cortos de personal.
Mi experiencia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear. Desde el momento en que llegué, fue evidente que hay serias carencias en su gestión y administración. Personal no presentable El personal no llevaba uniforme y, en general, su apariencia no era adecuada para un entorno profesional. Esto da una impresión de descuido y falta de seriedad por parte de la administración. Desayuno mediocre El desayuno fue simplemente pésimo. La oferta era limitada, los alimentos no eran frescos y la operación en el área de desayuno parecía improvisada y mal organizada. Breakfast was good for the most part (coffee was only warm not hot). Location was exactly what we needed
Stuff left in refrigerator, bed was creeky and it seemed it needed to be replaced

Not the hotel”s fault, but extremely loud guests on our floor. Staff not able to solve issue.
