The flat is beautiful, well thought of. Everything you need is there. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The view is really nice and the location is really convenient for those looking for a place close by to amenities.

It can get a bit hot in the lounge area and there isn't a fan but ita winter so we didnt really mind.

Bathrooms were clean, so was the kitchen and general apartment

Very open. Blinds should be considered in the bedrooms, or net under the block out curtains, as when curtains are open, the apartment can be seen right through. En-suite bathroom window wasn't able to close shut. Couch not very comfortable and cushions need replacing or cover change. Wanted to use a throw/ blanket in the lounge which had a very stuffy smell. Wanted to hang towels on the foldable dryer, but it was broken. Iron should be replaced as it didn't heat up. There was no temperature setting

the location was ideal and the property was spacious. I liked the balcony.

the property was infested with cockroaches. accessability to the estate was not easy. limited to 3 or 4 pins a day. while i wished i can go in and out as i pleased. i didnt like it all.
