The apartment is very well located, an easy journey into the centre of the city. It feels very secure and safe. The flat was well stocked, with ironing, cooking, washing facilities if needed.

Despite on site parking being advertised, we were not able to access this due to the lack of an available fob for the gates. There was no working internet even though this was advertised in the listing. The flat could have done with a more thorough clean, particularly beneath the beds could do with a hoover.

"Don’t expect to be able to use the tv - there is not internet access at this property"

The parking and location were excellent for what we needed. Staff were available when called

In 2025 one does not expect to check whether there is internet access at a rented apartment. The listing does mention that there was no internet and we did not think to check, based on the images of the apartment we assumed internet access due to the tv and x box both of which require the internet to work to be able to use them. The handle of the bathroom door was loose, with screws sticking out of it and there were many light bulbs which weren’t working. The piece de resistance was the glass front of oven door hanging loose making the oven dangerous to use
