Cozy 2BR Apartment with Balcony and Mountain View - Logan's Transient Apartment 1

I like that the unit is spacious, clean and can accomodate 2 families. It has everything you need for cooking.

Limited parking space and difficulty in parking. Only 1 parking slot provided for 1 unit. Too risky to park since parking space is too short and no stopper. Not recommended for guest who have two or more vehicles (specially for SUV and pick up vehicles). We needed to pay 300 for pay parking per night for the extra vehicle. And pay parking area is too far from the unit. It is also inconvenient if there are late bookings from other unit, you will be contacted several times disturbing your vacation and not respecting or following call etiquette. We we're charged for the inconvenience from other guests, but not respecting or considering our own inconvenience.

Unit was clean! Everything in the unit works. We didn't experience anything bad at all. It was easy to find! Let you taxi driver know that you are going to Balacbac and they would know.

None. Everything was perfect.

It is my family's first out of the town trip, so accommodation is really important for us. The owner is really accommodating with all my questions, and she is always up to help me with my concerns since it is my first time on this. I can say, the place really gave us the comfort that makes our vacation worth it! Thank you po <3

It was comfortable and nice , its good for a family. It exceeded our expectation . Plus its affordable , Sobrang sulit sa presyo!😁

Though they change our preferred unit minutes or an hour before our check-in time so we don’t have a choice . But i guess they’re the same only the theme that made it different . From aesthetic to panda theme. Which is still good 😌
