Amazing House*relax and unwind*5 min to hospitals

Nothing the people were nice

Everything there was mold in the bathrooms and 2 beds were broken when we arrived and the floor was broken my daughter cut her foot The shower door we couldn’t even shut and the other shower we thought we could fall through it and gnats everywhere the the ac froze and we was told it couldn’t be set below 73 It was just nasty

First and foremost this was the most unprofessional check in. The code that they stated was never inputted into the system and door would not unlock upon checkin. When we called the host multiple time including booking.com called them there is no answer. Ended up having to call Booking.com trying to figure out possibly somewhere else to stay due to not being able to speak to the host. Ended up finally being granted access to house 4 hours after check in. Told us it was our fault for not putting in the correct code which was the last 4 of my phone number ? Then before arrival they give you a list of things that you’re needing to look out for. The house cleanliness was ok we still had to clean the one shower before use do to it still being dirty from previous guest. For the amount of rules that we had to follow while at the location the house needs repairs. Take photos when you arrive and when you leave like we did to keep from getting charged. Take inventory of everything in the house so that you have proof of everything they could potentially charge you for. My suggestions is to bring your own linens and towels like we did to avoid additional cost. They will charge you for towels if you get makeup or damage them with stains of any kind. This was the most uninviting property we have stayed at and we were even nervous about sitting on the furniture, sleeping in the beds etc due to the constant fear of being charged for a stain. The neighboring dog is constantly barking at all house of the day and night. Not a very quiet neighborhood. We will never book with this property again. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation could have been better with a more welcoming host and better experience.
