Esperance - Brand New luxury studio with parking

Very clean and well designed studio, good TV reception and everything worked well. The large walk in shower was great and the towels were very soft.

The bed was a bit small for us unfortunately as we were expecting a king size. That was the only disappointment. Parking right outside the front door was brilliant.

The apartment was amazing, very relaxing and local to lots of walking paths. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Easy to find and great parking outside the front.

Could have done with a freezer however it wasn't a hibderonous at all

The property was very clean and well maintained. It’s situated in a quiet area but within walking distance to the lake and shops which is what we enjoyed.

There isn’t anything really negative I can say about the property.

A great modern apartment with enough space for 2 people. Location brilliant, quiet residential area within 10min walk of Bowness and 15-20mins from Windermere. The Nespresso coffee and bottle of prosecco were a nice touch.

Floor was dirty and not cleaned well, our feet and socks were black when walking across the floors (we didn’t walk our shoes in the apartment). Kitchen equipment is basic. No oven tray and lack of decent utensils, one spatula is not enough. A very basic mattress that was very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. My partner and I woke up each morning in pain and we’re in our mid 30s! Winter duvet with no alternative meant it was very warm and we had to make do with the duvet cover on its own.

Had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the location is ideal for walking in to Bowness or Windermere. Will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, the studio was lovely and clean and a great space it was lovely and cosy. Communication was great we were emailed all the information before our stay and was also told we could check in early would definitely recommended and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was an added bonus. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a lovely 3 days in Bowness on Windermere. The apartment is perfectly located and beautifully kept. We had everything we needed with the added bonus of parking right outside. The Prosecco was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.
