Beautiful penthouse, sun terrace, jacuzzi GOSLM-8

Location was good

The jacuzzi which was the main reason we rented the apartment did not work during the whole of our stay. We complained several times but they couldn't fix it. We would like a refund

Rustig gelegen en net appartement met goede voorzieningen. Propere badkamer en leuk terras. Goede handleiding om alles te vinden. Klantenservice goed bereikbaar en reageert meteen. Leuk welkomstpakketje. Op wandelafstand van de ferry naar Valetta, het strand en leuke cafés en restaurants.

De jacuzzi raakte niet op temperatuur, het duurde uren en na een tijdje viel de timer uit waardoor de jacuzzi niet verder verwarmde. Hierdoor hebben we pas op onze 3e en laatste dag gebruik kunnen maken van de jacuzzi, dat is jammer. Ik zou aanraden om bij aankomst de temperatuur meteen goed in te stellen, want het duurt vele uren eer hij op temperatuur was. Nog fijner had geweest als de jacuzzi op temperatuur had gestaan bij onze aankomst (nu stond die op 20gr toen we aankwamen). Een paar extra handdoeken had ook fijn geweest. De klantenservice was echter goed bereikbaar en antwoordde steeds meteen.

The apartment was in an absolutely ideal, peaceful location with you being in easy walking distance of everything sliema has to offer. The views from the very spacious terrace all around are beautiful: across to Valletta and the sea and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus that was much enjoyed. As we spent so much of our time out on the terrace the size was absolutely fine for us 3 adults with the sofa bed being perfectly comfortable. The communication from the hosts was absolutely perfect with immediate responses to every question. The check in details provided were very clear and lots of information provided to make ours a very enjoyable week in Malta

Tutto molto arredato bene e confortevole. Il proprietario della casa è stato sempre disponibile.

L'unica pecca la jacuzzi non funzionava bene. Troppo fredda per poter farsi un bagno.

Fin og hyggelig lejlighed, dejligt stort kølefryseskab. Super terrasse med spa og god udsigt. Gode senge. Ligger meget centralt både til by og indkøb. God og brugbart info fra udlejer, og hun var nem at komme i kontakt med. Skønt vi kunne komme ind før kl. 15.

Køkkenet var slidt og meget sparsom, mangler udstyr, det var en meget lille pande til 4 personer. Det ville have været rart med en markise på terressen, da solen er på det meste af dagen. Vi købte en parasol og lod blive til andre, mangler dog en parasol fod.

The terrace was the best on evenings after a long day and included the jacuzzi which was nice to cool off in. The high floor of the apartment provided a cooling breeze most evenings. All appliances was working and the Guest Relation/Support Team was attentive and very helpful when we accidentally turned off the water heater. As a bonus there was several adaptors in the apartment for us "handicapped" with EU plugs.

A bit more instruction for the garbage collection would be helpful.

It is very well located for access to beaches, shops , restaurants and bars. The apartment is really well kitted out for catering and relaxing. The hosts had a very informative handout , that had had qr codes on how to use everything and advise on all the local amenities. They responded quickly when we had reason to contact them. I would thoroughly reccommend staying here.
