Nice apartment in the center of Madrid-S-EL-VERDE

El departamento es cómodo y cuenta con dos habitaciones y cocina, lo cual en principio está bien. Sin embargo, estaba en muy malas condiciones por un problema grave de humedad: todas las paredes estaban levantadas, descascaradas y sin arreglar en ambas habitaciones. Realmente fue una sorpresa muy negativa, ya que el ambiente se sentía frío y húmedo constantemente. Mis hijas incluso tuvieron que dormir en camas pegadas a una pared deteriorada por la humedad, que claramente no había sido reparada. Lamentablemente, el departamento no está en condiciones adecuadas para hospedarse. La zona no es segura y debimos volver de noche siempre en Uber.

La ubicación excelente. Nos pareció muy cómodo para visitar la Ciudad. Una calle muy tranquila. Valorar también encontrar mistol, jabón y azúcar para tomar el café. La limpieza también un plus.

L hote est tres serviable

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable due to two issues. First, the heating: the main bedroom has no heating, and the apartment depends on two AC units. Even then, the living room only reached around 17–18°C. We informed the host, but we were told additional heating wasn’t possible. Second, the apartment felt quite humid and lacks natural light, which made it feel darker and damper than expected.

Communication with our host was quite easy and smooth. The location is very good, with a clean outdoor environment, and there are many interesting places nearby — cafés and restaurants, as well as many main attractions within a 15–20 minute walking distance.

As for the things we didn’t like: at the beginning it was quite cold, and it took several hours for the apartment to warm up. One room still could not be heated as well as we would have liked. The bunk bed is very uncomfortable, and considering that the room is very narrow, the whole room feels quite unsafe. The dining table and chairs also need an update. and also there is lack of windows, there is only 1 in the bunk bed room

La posizione è comoda.

C'è un unico condizionatore e una piccola finestra per cui l'appartamento rimane umido e poco arieggiato. Si riscalda a fatica.
