Everything about the room was brilliant. Was clean, delivered everything that was needed and check in and out was easy. Hot tub was clean and at a good temp for us to relax in

TV channels - we expected to get BBC & ITV. Couldn’t get any other, despite your instructions, and had to re-register with bbc iPlayer. If we had known we could have brought our own passwords. We did ring your mobile number but no contact from you.

I loved the whole room, very warm and welcoming, hot tub was the best bit, clean and easy to use.

Only thing I would of liked was a telly in front of the bed.

"Overnight getaway"

We had a lovely overnight stay for my husbands 40th birthday. It was nice to get away from work and be in a relaxed environment . Hot tub was lovely and most enjoyable to unwind . It was nice that I was able to pay a little extra for birthday banner , prosecco ,cup cakes, and balloons . Would definitely go back for a local short getaway . Thank you
