Modern Georgian Townhouse by Old Town & the Beach

Brilliant location. Spotless

Great location, well equipped (although didn’t need to use kitchen) comfy beds, cute garden, clean. Would defo recommend, very comfortable.

A little noisy in the front bedrooms & blinds didn’t open, but didn’t hinder our stay.

Lovely house, great bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a cute suntrap garden with a bonus pear tree. Perfect location.

Stains on some mattresses and pillows need attention. I only saw them because we were required to strip the beds on check-out, so that was a bit disappointing! Though the bathrooms are nice, the shower was very hard to turn on and especially off.

The location of the house is fantastic and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the courtyard too. A lovely stay.

The rubbish hadn't been collected and was strewn all over the outside stairs unfortunately. Some areas were dusty and kitchen utensils needed a once over in the dishwasher. TVs didn't work.

Welcoming host who reached out prior to our stay to give us tips and recommendations ahead of our stay. It was just what we were looking for after travelling from Essex to see extended family for a Christmas get together.

I unfortunately got a parking ticket after not seeing the parking restrictions so would be helpful to have this information ahead of trip so we could looking for parking before hand. There is a sign so was my fault but a heads up from host might be good for future bookers.

The property owner gave perfect instructions and even recommended local eateries for our arrival after travelling around Europe in the screwball rally. The house was perfectly presented, very spacious and well located. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to get you started and there's an Aldi a couple of minutes walk up the road. All rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately there are parking restrictions outside the front of the property and we ended up with parking tickets on both of our cars. This was no fault of the property owner but worth bearing in mind that the restrictions mean that you cannot park Infront of the property between 8am and 6pm

House was in a great location and perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and two children. Close to supermarkets, great eating places, pubs and the sea. Beautifully equipped. Kitchen/sitting area downstairs was really good. Powerful very effective showers in two bathrooms (one en suite) Friendly welcoming and helpful communication with owner

We had trouble with none of the tvs working which we were disappointed about as we were hoping to watch some Olympics coverage. The owner was apologetic and I'm sure it will be sorted for the next guests. The nature of the house meant a lot of narrow windy stairs but not much you can do about that!
