This was a last minute booking (due to a bad experience at another hotel) & it was very easy to get into contact with the host to get the code to begin my stay. Communication was fast and easy ! Very helpful host ! The place has a lot of light, is spacious, was exceptionally clean & in a great location in South Beach.

Poor soundproofing. The smell of the entrance carpet. Automatic cooling system. Poor bathroom renovation.

The bed wasn't very comfortable No light in the main room (unless using the fan) Washing detergent wasn't provided Communication with the host could be improved

Loved the floor plan, kitchen and appliances, fridge, windows, TV, bodega was next door, cafeteria, restaurants, clubs, and the ocean are one to two blocks away

The ceiling fan and its light didn't have a chain to turn it off so the only choice was to turn off with the switch. So if you want a light you have to have a fan running even if it's cold. Fortunately they have other lights from the bed and kitchen
