Apple Byrd - Short stroll into Kendal town centre

Perfect location, ample space for 5 persons, very welcoming, cosy and clean.

The location of the house was great including a local pub and chippy within a short walk. The beds were comfy and in good sized rooms. The shower was good which can really make a difference.

Lack of kitchen cupboard space for food and the volume of ornaments made a visit with small children challenging but don't let it out you off.

The whole place was so clean. The house had all the amenities you would need. They sorted a high chair and a cot. Great off street parking, and well maintained outdoor space. Location in walking distance of town. The house is very spacious - great for a family Great communication from owners.

The kitchen was brilliantly stocked with everything you could need, my only complaint, well more comment, is you could do with leaving one empty cupboard for people to put any food they needed to store in.

The house is large, with good sized gardens front and back and off street parking for 2 or even 3 cars. 2 double bedrooms, and a single. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful contemporary furnishings and decor. Extremely well appointed with everything one could need from air fryer, espresso machine, TV, well stocked kitchen, shower room and additional downstairs loo. It is immaculately decorated and furnished. Although it's on the main road, there was barely any road noise because it's set back and has good double glazing. It's warm in winter too.

It's location is a little out of town and may necessitate a drive in bad weather or for those less able, wishing to access the town centre.

It is in as great location for walking into Kendal, it has secure parking for your vehicle, and supermarkets close by. It was very clean and modernised in the living area.

Lovely house 15 minute walk from town. Would stay again. Views from bedrooms amazing.
