Stunning 2-Bed Apartment in Belfast close to city

The rooms were clean. The furniture in one of the rooms was too small and low for adults. The location was quiet. Easy parking. Laundry facility was a washer only and unclean and laundry was left in the washer for the few days we were there.

Good points - check-in was smooth, beds comfy with clean sheets and towels. Bedrooms at rear of property so little traffic noise in the bedrooms. Reserved parking for one car. Good wifi.

Bad points, front room ( lounge/kitchen) suffers from traffic noise and stale cigarette smoke. Toilet seat loose. Water warm rather than hot. Not that clean (random bag containing an old sandwich on top of fridge).

Oven was not clean from previous stay only 2 mugs for tea/coffee No glasses of any kind in kitchen.

The apartment had a nice decor and was reasonably clean, which made a good first impression. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The overall look of the place was appealing, and it had the potential to be a great stay with a few improvements.

Unfortunately, several issues detracted from the experience. The fridge was completely empty—not even a bottle of water was provided, which would have been a basic courtesy. In the bathroom, there was no courtesy kit; only hand soap was available, with no shower gel or shampoo. The limited number of towels was also inconvenient. Moreover, the TVs in the rooms either didn’t work or were precariously positioned, making them unusable. Lastly, one of the door handles was faulty and almost came off every time it was used. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Overall good experience.

Carpets need a deep clean otherwise good overall
