Modern Home for 4 people including luxury Hot Tub

Very nice place really clean had everything we needed there

For two people the property is large and spacious. Large comfortable bed. Plenty of seating in the lounge. Hot tub was lovely and undercover Bath and shower are lovely and hot. Under floor heating in bedroom is a treat. Park directly opposite the property leads for an easy morning dog walk. TV worked perfectly unlike other holiday homes we've stayed in. Easy to warm the rooms up with a electric heater and a stove. Owners on site friendly and helpful. Excellent location, halfway between very busy Kings Lynn and beaches at Heacham and Hunstanton.

More than 2 people would have to get on well as you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the toilet and shower. The bath is in the main bedroom. Not the best oven and some of the baking trays weren't the cleanest. Kitchen is quite small, only takes 2 people to make it a crowd. The sofa bed in the lounge was uncomfortable to sit on, like a lot of sofa beds.

Very well equipped. Very clean. Lovely comfy bed. Well thought out kitchen. The house was well thought out and beautifully designed. The hot tub is an added bonus and a great location for beaches and walks.

I booked the property for my Husbands special birthday. We were delighted to see that it was like the photos. The accommodation and bed were comfortable.

The property if I am honest was a little tired and could have done with some repairing and cleaning. We did use the kitchen for warming the food we had brought with us, we did have to however wash a number of kitchen items before we could use them. During our stay we also had a problem with locking the front door and had to leave it unlocked over night until we could contact the owners. They sorted it the same day which was a relief. Also whilst the hot tub was great, the area it was situated in was not the cleanest. For the cost of the accommodation we expected better.
