Maison Marvel l Enormous Loft Apt l Heart of City

Location was superb. 5 minute walk to downtown and major transoirt hub. Accommodation very spacious and comfortable felt very safe walking to and fro late at night

Maybe a couple more hooks in bathroom to hang towels and better lighting at door to apartment to see the key pad

The location was very good, close to many cbd attractions, food & transport. The apartment is very quiet and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Its a quirky large area, a bit tired and worse for wear. Host was responsive with concerns raised which was appreciated.

Lack of natural light, view and ventilation. Describing this accomodation as a loft implied it was "a building's upper storey or elevated area in a room directly under the roof" but unfortunately it was on the ground floor with 2 large windows at the rear of the apartment. Outlook was straight onto the back of surrounding buildings and towering high risers making it quite dark. TV streaming system was problematic and some cleaniness was lacking in areas.

The place was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Great heating with the heat pump and dry thanks to the dehumidifiers. The kitchen had enough to cook a quick meal. The location was excellent and so easy to walk into the CBD, shop, and get food from various places.

A little dated but the fact it was clean and tidy overrode this. The bedrooms can be closed off with doors but the ceiling are open so sound travels easily.

Loved the entire stay. We were in a perfect spot within walking distance of shops, supermarket and spark stadium, yet it's was quiet and very cosy.We all really enjoyed our stay and would book again in the near future.

Just something minor. Tenant above us were washing the balcony I think and the soapy water ran off their balcony and got my niece wet to which she had to shower and change again.

Great communication with the owner. Location was perfect and was good size.. And, was excellent value for your money .

Nothing major. Would definitely recommend.
