Rustic House, con patio e giardino, Assisi centro

Lovely rustic house in the old town, very close to the monastery. A small yard to relax, air conditioning if warm (though the house stays quite cool), and washing machine. The kitchen has all you need for a meal or you can eat out at many restaurants. Good instructions to find the house.

Host Michele was extremely helpful at check in, check out and throughout our stay. This made the stay exceeding our expectations

Everything, as a family with a toddler, we absolute loved the patio, the view and of course the silence.

the wifi was very good and it’s a wonderful location if you want to see Assisi. The heaters work very well. There is a clothes washer although we did not use it. The host was available via WhatsApp to answer questions.

There is no microwave and there were not enough towels. The location is difficult to get to and hard to find. The lock doesn’t work very well.

Incredible gem of a property, a favorite stay on our trip. The kind of place you take pictures/videos to send to friends because it feels unreal (especially for it’s price). A spacious one bedroom cottage to yourself with a view of the surrounding countryside from the garden out front. Just a few steps from the Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Feels like a home away from home.

excellent location, comfortable, nice cottage

Location - though it’s hard to find, especially in the dark (it doesn’t map correctly). The bed was VERY comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the other amenities so can’t comment, but it’s nice and has a washer that would come in handy. Really liked it and would stay there again no question!

It’s very dark so walking there at night you need a light (cell phone works once you know where to go). It took us a bit of time to connect with someone to let us in, but they were lovely & helpful when we did. Perhaps share an actual GPS coordinate that we can tell where it really is.
