Apartamento Costa, cerca de la playa y comercios.

Location

The place was very dirty. The sheets were not changed, they had stains and fake eyelashes on then. there was no pillow covers on the pillows and they were really stained. The place needs cleaning, so much dirt and dust every where.

Well set out. Central position. Very clean.

Could do with a bit of updating. A few things are worn also only one key.

The apartment was in ok condition, a few little bits need repairs, but on the whole it is a great little place. There was so much great about it, but hard not to find little niggles which began to bug be over the 2 weeks. I would happily stay again however.

Location is great, until you are trying to sleep at 3 am with boozy brits going by singing. It's not really the fault of the landlord, so apologies, but it needs to be said. Terrace doors are very squeaky also, had to put napkins in the runners to stop the noise. Bathroom was great but I wish the windows had adjustments as either open or closed and when open people can see everything. Neighbours got a show. Bed sheets really need replacing. I washed the top sheet and noticed the staining under. Luckily, I did not sleep on the side.

Great location. Right in the middle of everything and close to the beach. Large apartment with everything you could need.

Being right in he middle of everything means lots of noise, until the early hours of the morning.

Location is excellent

Very hot because of broken air conditioning and not being informed before I arrived, only one bath towel between two people, no arrival book on how to get the bedroom fan working

Beautiful property very spacious and had everything you need bonus with WiFi! Host was brilliant and very accommodating even down to an earlier check in as I arrived early morning. Would happily stay here again the location could not be better close to everything. Property was beautifully decorated to and felt very homely loved the smart tv which meant I could Stay in certain nights and watch Netflix etc.

The only thing is the apartment can get very hot and the fan in the main bedroom didn’t really cool it down. Other than that no fault at all!

Spacious flat, large bright living rooms, nice wrap around balcony. Right in the heart of Costa Teguise, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is only a 2 mins walk.

Location was fantastic

The light switches! 🙄 it took me two days to find them. By the end of our visit we fell in love with the place and the family down stairs. They own Ramos store below
