The apartment is very cozy and clean, as well as with a great view. The croissant in the morning is very good.

Due to the lack of water pressure on the 8th floor, the hot water flow is very low.

Very helpful and friendly host, 2 bathroom, clean rooms, room right infront of Tram station, accessible distance from the city. Spacious for 4 Adults and 3 kids..

Not many utensils to cook, missing Kettle to boil water and a vacuum cleaner will be great for longer days of stay

When we arrived, there were some snacks and bottled water ready for us. It was a nice touch, especially after long hours of travelling. We could relax and don't rush to the shop since the tap water isn’t recommended for drinking in Palermo. The breakfast was italian style and it was ready at the apartment door every morning. It was fresh and tasty, with some local specialities. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the owner was. Gave us a contact on him, was responding promptly, and showed lots of hospitality in getting to know Palermo. One night, he even offered to drive us back from the city centre as it was raining heavily. We had a wonderful stay in this bright and spacious apartment. It was filled with natural light and offered plenty of room, making it very comfortable. There was a nice mountain view from the balcony. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including clothes washing liquid. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant, safe, and friendly stay!

Just a note on the disadvantage side. The elevator in the building is rather small, so it might be challenging for people with some disabilities. Also, the street noise in Palermo (in general) can be loud, so it’s something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.
