The color scheme

There's no kitchen towel, toilet papers not enough. Very limited cutleries, no air conditioning, water for shower not strong. Washing machine has no drying option.

Central location and easy to find.

Very cold - windows like paper so heard everything outside. Dirty bedsheets no tea towels - Very dirty scaled kettle that we didn’t use. Had to boil water in saucepan which was also dirty and had to wash first. Very strange layout wasted space and uncomfortable sofa.

It was clean and comfortable

The dishwasher could do with a cutlery tray and the sink could do with a plug to aid washing up.

Provide a shower mat, shelf to put your toiletries on in the shower, a safety handle in downstairs bathroom

Brilliant location. Great communication. Immaculate property, Beds are so comfy. Bonus to have a garage to park in.

Bright and Modern. Really comfy beds. Easy door code system.

Needed a couple of bits in the kitchen. Corkscrew, wine glasses etc

The location was great - close to the city centre and both the train and bus stations (both of us were using public transport). Supremely comfy beds; lightning fast wi-fi speeds; Sky "telly" facility was appreciated. Several decent pubs and better-than-average eateries were all within a 5-minute walk

Hard to fault to be honest. 2 "minors". The kitchen could have done with kitchen roll, kitchen cleaner and tea-towels. And because Essex was its usual blazing-June self having the bedroom windows open at night meant that the weekday commuter traffic heading to the station car park was noticeable at an early hour. Nothing too obtrusive though. However, the industrial sized fan in the bedroom was appreciated, and oft used!
