The room was very clean and big . The kitchen had all required utensils . The location was excellent with all main places in walkable distance. The street where the apartment is very happening with all good restaurants nearby. On top of that the host was very coordinating and available in sharing the checkin and checkout details .

Nothing, all was good.

Awesome location on a pedestrian street in Sevilla. Just a couple minutes walk from the cathedral, Las Setas, grocery stores, food… The place is spacious. Host communicated well through WhatsApp.

I regretted to not have read the other reviews before I booked this place: - Worst check-in experience ever: No information or instructions received from host. I realized on the day of arrival there was no house number, I wrote host on booking.com but no reply. I arrive to the street and write on whatsapp asking about the full address. Here the host keeps asking questions (booking ID, appartement number, check in details) and all in Spanish. Meanwhile, I was waiting in the street with my kids and luggage, translating his messages and answering his questions so that he finally shared the full address. Host came across as rude! - Given the great location in the old town, this is expectedly an old building, so it has poor daylight (even in the terrasse which was a problem to dry our clothes) and bad sound isolation - The master bed is small and the 2 pillows were covered with a long cover instead of 2 separate ones which makes it even more uncomfortable. - Host could invest a little bit of some money to fix things around: old stained towels (but washed and clean), cheap washing machine with no laundry liquid and the dry function did not work, the sofa bed partly broken, broken hair dryer, the toilet flush button was missing… Even with the good location, I would not book this place again. I would rather put more money and book a nicer place. In the end, adults and kids were happy to leave this place

Very dark and dingy apartment. The twin bed mattresses were very thin and the edges fell through the wires of the frame. Very poor support and super uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy and flat. No blankets or bedspreads were provided for the twin beds. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, waking everyone up when going to the bathroom at night. the toilet flush buttons were missing so you had to press down on two bare prongs to flush. The seat was not attached and would slide off while going to the bathroom. A chair in the living room collapses when you sit in it. This is probably the worst lodging experience we've ever had. Our friends stayed at a very nice place just around the corner from us for less money. 😭

Location is excellent, you can reach out to all important landmarks within a few minutes. If you want to visit Cordoba or Cadiz, Santa Justa realway station is in 25 minutes walking distance. Airport bus end-station is accessable in 20 minutes as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. In the living room two additonal mobil beds were prepared for us (not the sofa) and we still had enough place there. Bathroom is small but has a huge shower cabin. We did not cook, kitchen was properly equipped but available small pots might not fit for preparing a dish for 3-4 people. The host offered coffee capsules for us, which we liked very much. During our stay the weather was quite hot (35-38C) and aircondition was not fully able to cool down the flat, but definately helped a lot. Windows isolate outside noises very well. The apartment is in a quiet street (no cars are allowed to drive in) but there is a big pedestrian traffic also during the night. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby in a short walking distance. We had a pleasent stay and definately recommend this accomodation even for a longer stay.

We could not communicate with the host 1 week before our trip because we did not get any response on our call, email or messages via Booking.com surface which was not a usual situation for us compared to our previous booking experiences. It generated uncertainties at our side. Receiving any kind of feedback could comfort us. But 1 day before our travel Maximo contacted me on Whatsapp and after that everything went well. He was kind and we immediately got answers in case of questions. Finally we communicated in Spanish.

The location directly in the city center

You can only park in the public parking areas. These are not near and they are expensive.

The location is perfect, quiet and clean.

The quality of the furniture and beds, specifically the sofa bed, were poor. The kitchen was also incomplete with no washing liquid or coffee cups, although it had coffee machine. Above all the non responsiveness of the owner when we asked if we could go back to pick up an item left behind of sentimental value although there was no guests coming in after us. Not worth the valued paid.
