Good location, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Unexpected car wash noise during the day and loud music / chanting next door Saturday night.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, trails and grocery stores. Having a balcony with views of the mountains was enjoyable.

Unit is located just off the main highway so there is some traffic noise.

The property was immaculate! The owner was very quick to respond to our request. It’s about 1.5 miles from the uptown Sedona area which allowed us to walk to town. The apartment had everything that we needed and more. We got a great rate so I was a little nervous as to what to expect since other places in the area cost much more but we could not have been happier. We will recommend and definitely book again!

General location, layout

This is an 80s apartment. The photos misrepresent the place. Everything is Old, dated, drab, with a dark, dull, color scheme. Furniture dark, chunky, cheap. Mattress is rock hard. Sheets old, poor quality. Towels rough and old. Blankets had a hole, looked grey and unwashed. There was a sonar type intermittent sound going off throughout our stay, as well as some strange bell, peeling. Light from the outside night light, shone through the front door glass lighting up the interior making it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed.

That I left a bag of clothing, didn't realize until days later,wasn't notified. I as well didn't call as it was many days later 😞
