We stayed here for 3 nights (24–27 August) and had a great experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Madrid, close to everything. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. It has a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a dining area, and even a lift, which was very helpful. The air conditioning worked well, which was important in the summer heat. There’s also a nice balcony, and the space is perfect for families or groups — it’s big enough for 10 people. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a spacious, clean, and well-located place in Madrid!

We stayed for 3 nights (24–27 August). The location is excellent — right in the center of Madrid, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. It’s a good option for families or groups. However, there were some issues that made our stay less comfortable. There was no contact from the host to receive us at check-in, which was disappointing. During our stay, we were not provided with enough toilet paper, and there was no shampoo or soap available. One of the bathrooms did not have a working lock, which was very inconvenient. Also, the lift sometimes didn’t work, which was a problem for a large group with luggage.Check in also so late 3pm Overall, the apartment has great potential, but the service and maintenance need improvement.

Gostámos muito do aproveitamento do espaço e da zona exterior.

Por vezes, a casa não estava 100% limpa e havia certos elementos inutilizáveis.

Customer service was absolutely appalling. Tried to call several times, no answer. Even booking.com Customer Service could not get a hold of them. Appliances were not working. No code was shared to access the main building. Lack of amenities. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very suitable for group of 10 people, though you have to share a bed for every two people. The location was pretty good as it is located in the centre of Madrid, so every tourist spot is within walking distance.

I wish the house was a bit more clean, as it was very dusty when we came in. Also the aircons in the smaller rooms didn't work properly, everytime we set a temperature it will go back to the previous settings and not blowing air. Also, you could only lock the door of one bathroom, the other toilet you just have to trust that other people won't open the door while you're in it.
