Er was geen lift. Niet erg, maar omdat het tegen een heuvel is gebouwd lag het zwembad lager, daar was geen service. Voor een drankje moesten we vele trappen op om zelf te halen. Uitzicht op zee, maar geen strand

Staff lovely and helpful. Restaurant for evening meal was good. Pool was large and clean. Grounds were well maintained. Our room (which was upgraded, see other comments) was lovely. Bed was comfortable.

So many stairs! This wasn’t clear in the advertising. Not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. Need to use stairs for every activity, lobby, restaurant, pools etc. Not nearly enough sunbeds for the amount of rooms. The lower pool has a painfully rough and gritty surface to enter the pool. The advertised pool bar disappointingly, was closed, resulting in having to climb steps for three stories to get a drink. Difficult to carry more than one drink safely as there were small areas without handrails. Breakfast was mediocre as there were no eggs cooked to order. Fried, scrambled and boiled eggs were just left out. Not at all appetising! The room we first booked was a Delux twin with balcony and sea view. The balcony was very small with no furniture to sit out on. There was also construction happening opposite. A lovely receptionist spoke to her manager and arranged for us to have a Delux double which had a balcony with chairs, which was perfect for us. Check carefully when booking.

The sea view is very beautiful, but the hotel perhaps when it was built years back did not accommodate the view so much, otherwise the view could be much more panoramic. The facilities was rather old though they try to keep it up. It will be good if you have your own car, or else it is a distant to get in/out. Good pool. Food and beverage, overall service average.

The buildings are not easy for those with walking difficulties.

Very worst view beach it is not Beach view it is Back water view but it also go inside will come in the night. Money waste

There is no lift facilities and toooooo far from Phuket, so each and everthing we have to go to patang even food also. Many food delivary reject the order because of too far from city. Main inconvienient taxy 1600 bhat because all attraction sournded in Patang. Complementry Breakfast very worst, they will provide only the chineese based food, for westren only bread and butter, puffines and fruites, no food for indians. Many staffs they dont know english. We are family me, my wife, two daughters and on son-in-law, 5 people went they given one room for new couple 300 meter away from our room, after scolded they changed, rooms available next to my room but they are very careless. The Beach is very worst it is alaway go inside, you cannot see the beach always, it is like a back water. So pathatic...

The view from the rooms and hotel is quite unique

-The whole complex looks like coming straight from 1960 without any maintenance done -Restaurant food is below average -The coffee offered at breakfast should not be considered as safely drinkable -Staff tried to get us to pay for a ‘broken phone’ when all you had to do was to plug it back to the power socket…

The resorts facilities are very good and the villa was very spacious and well appointed. The view is absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed the remote location.

It felt like it was a new team of staff that were lacking leadership and enthusiasm . Things were generally too difficult for them to sort out or they were too ‘busy’ to sort things out.
