Central 2 bedroom apt with Garden and Pantheon Views by Lisbeyond

The apartment is superior. Has a great large private garden with lot of silence and beautiful trees. Amazing considering is in the center/old town of Lisbon

Its location, the space to spread out, the balcony and outside access, the laundry and comfortable bed.

No plug in the kitchen sink, musty smell in the bathroom and entrance area, no detergent for laundry (had to buy a big container which I left), pod machine didn’t work and didn’t know what pods to buy, television all in Spanish, no English.

Garden

Location

The property provides a great amount of space with well separated areas for children and adults. This allows guests to get the kids to bed earlier, while parents can stay up later to clean up from dinner, do laundry, enjoy the great outdoor space the property offers, and plan the events of the next day. For a city location, it is remarkably quiet at night.

There isn't anything not to like about the property itself. Only one issue was experienced (just one morning out of six), when one of the multiple bus lines that runs nearby just seemed to take the morning off. Various mapping/transit apps indicated that buses should be coming for that line, but none ever did. It's possible to take other lines (some going in the opposite direction/connecting to different stations) to reach any destination.

Location, layout, check-in

Damp smell and construction noise. I was told nothing can be done as it wasn't illegal and there was not chance of any compensation or discount.

Outdoor space and general decor and size of the apartment was great.

Beds were so uncomfortable and I hardly slept. Also a sewage smell in the bathroom. The tiles needed a deep clean and new silicone. The location was nice enough but not very central and seemed to be in a public transport black spot.

Great location. Not too busy. Good transport links all within a short (hilly of course) walking distance. Apartment was basic had nearly everything you needed for a city break

The garden area. That was the whole reason we paid a premium to book this apartment. There was one picnic bench to sit at. Two random small tables and one fold up chair. The bench was falling apart and would have broken if you had sat on it dodging the nails. There was a broken chair and both the deckchairs in the photos had no canvas on them Immediately on arrival we let LisBeyond know. They said they would let owners know who would have sanction replacements. We never heard back during the rest of our week long stay. Extremely disappointed.

Apartment on the -2nd floor of a building. Apartment with good areas and a spectacular outdoor space.

The check-in process is very time-consuming and leads the guest to waste a lot of time when it should not be their responsibility. The expecting arrival hour was required well in advance; I even provided a prediction with a one-hour interval, but they wanted something more precise. I believe this insistence does not make sense as I was traveling by car, and there are many variables in the journey.
