The location was perfect, right by the sea and close to a little village

Otel adanın kuzey doğusunda bulunuyor ve konum olarak güzel plajlara arabayla 40-50 dk uzaklıkta. Malia’ya 15 dk uzaklıkta ve çok tatlı bir kasaba diyebilirim. Harika restoranlar var ve sanırım adanın gece hayatı bu kasabada, çünkü onlarca gece klübü vardı. Odamız geniş ve rahattı, balkonumuz çok keyifliydi. Harika bi deniz manzarası vardı. Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Odanın içerisinde banyo ve tuvalet alanı açıktı. Asla anlam veremedim. Cam bi kayar kapı yapılmış tuvalet ve banyo beraber kullanıyor onu da garip bi şekille kaplamışlar, her şey görünüyor. Mahremiyet diye bişey yok. Tuvalet ve banyonun kapısı yok olarak düşünebilirsiniz. Araba için park alanı var yazmışlar ama otele ait bir park alanı yok. Otelin karşısında boş bi arazi var oraya park edebiliyorsunuz.

the hotel service is very poor, no staff to help, not ever to be rated as a 5 stars hotel. Value for money is so bad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the wonderful room. Not only was it spacious and beautifully designed, but the stunning view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The dinner at the hotel was also a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the flavors were outstanding. Each dish was expertly prepared, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was just as inviting as the rest of the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a re relaxing and memorable stay. I'll definitely be back soon!!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the staff were very helpful –thank you Vasiliki and Ian!! The sea view was incredible. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Ian at the reception, he was amazing, super helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back!
