Location perfect!

Aircon way too noisy. Had to switch it off to sleep which meant room was too hot to sleep. Bed on the side closer to wall was squeaking everytime my husband turned. Had to empty Dehumidifier few times. Didn't know the apartment is in a 2 star apartment. Room had strong musty smell. Awful! Walk out the lift only to smell the trash which is right in the centre of apartments. There was no shoot for the trash to go down too. So it sat in the bin with the door left wide open. The entrance leaving the left was filthy. The staff for Aqua Palms use the guests lifts to take out the trash collection from all floors whilst guests are in it.. Which stunk up the lifts. Maintenance painted the hand railings in the stairs to car park without notice or signs of wet paint. Last day, went to shower st 5.30am water was cold. It cost alot of money for the accommodation which by far did not meet the standards. This is definitely a 2.5star apartment. Nice accessories don't make it a 5 star air bnb. Very disappointed. Pool area is 2nd floor as well. Very noisy at night. Definitely false advertising of the place. A goid picture does not make it a 4.9star rating either. Very disappointed 😞
