"Horrible for the few minutes we’re were there. We could not stay with roaches"

The property when we got there had 9 dead roaches size of your thumb and 5 still alive. The place had a smell to it and floors were sticky and had other trash left. We were unable to stay due to the conditions. I called the owner and he told me he just had a place bombed for bugs. Which explained the foul smell . I stated why was it rented and not cleaned. He response was he has 20 other properties and can’t keep track. He wanted to make it right and I told he we wanted a refund. He said he would, I sent him the pics of place and opened up a claim with bookings. He denied my claim and won’t answer my emails or texts. Please do NOT rent from him he is unethical, lies and does not care for the customer or properties. We had to find other accommodations each night.
