The property has everything you need. Great kitchen, two restrooms, large lounge room. Two large bedrooms. Great location and proximity to shops, cafes/food and the metro.

"Lovely, well furnished townhouse in a safe, quite neighborhood, with Metro a block way"

Great location. Easy to get parking permit. Lots of parking spaces. Modern kitchen. Plenty of light. Rooms a good size. Even a small seating area in a back yard. The front door worked off an electronic keypad, which was easy to use. Restaurants, and a Trader Joe's close by.

The mattress of the main bedroom is probably ready for replacement.
