Aksorn Rayong, The Vitality Collection - SHA PLUS

The location on the beach and the 100m long pool between the buildings are absolutely fantastic. Almost alone in the hotel, it was very quiet, and the staff was very attentive and polite.

This, too, urgently needs renovation, otherwise the signs of wear and tear will remain permanently visible. The breakfast, of course, was very limited.

Service, food, pool and lounge chairs.

The pool/lounge chairs are great but there are not enough of them. We were a group of 4 but there was only three available in the few locations where there were some.

Beautiful hotel and setting on the beach

The service at the bar was terrible, slow and often got our order wrong. We stayed in a suite, the room was beautiful but the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable, not enough storage in the master and also no dressing table. The private pool in the suite was dirty. Mini bar was never restocked, standard of housekeeping dropped throughout the week. I would have expected more for the price and from a 5 star hotel.
