The space and furnishings were comfortable.. The staff provided what we asked for. It was good that we could have space for adults and children.

The toilet and shower by the single queen room did not function.

"Book Rwenzori Base camp tour Holiday Inn (nearby). They give shelter if booked 30min before arrival."

This is not applicable.

For start, it should be possible to get keys from the landlord. This landlord was not capable of doing this despite informing about the arrival time, and pushing car horn in front of the gate.
