"Fantastic host, property is very close to visitor attractions and the property was very clean and tidy."

The property is very close to the shops, the seafront and also the restaurants and bars are all within 10 minutes walk. The host was exceptional! Kept in contact throughout our visit and made sure we were comfortable and happy.

The property could do with a little sprucing up and modernising here and there but apart from that it was perfect for out stay.

"Lovely location"

Everything we needed was provided. There were even crabbing nets, which my family loved.

Only thing we needed that was not there was either, a washing up bowl, or a kitchen plug.

"A great week with everything we needed on our doorstep!"

Lovely house. All the facilities you need! Kitchen equipment, nice soft towels, comfy beds. Things for the children to do, ie colouring, games, crab fishing nets, buckets & sand toys, Netflix etc. Great location for the beach, crab fishing and local hostilities. Short walk for boat trips, supermarkets, buses.

Not a criticism at all, just a suggestion! Maybe lighter duvets for the summer, as we both found them quite heavy and a little too warm!

"Perfect house for our weekend away."

Perfect location, beds comfortable and very clean.

Stairs were quite steep for the 2 older folk in our party especially with a downstairs bathroom.

"Great, comfortable and accessible base for our stay in Poole and exploring the area"

Location - a quiet street, but 5 minutes walk to the Quay for boat trips and restaurants; House itself was comfortable, all the facilities we needed, good shower and perfect for the five of us staying (two couples and a single)

Only a downstairs toilet, but not a problem; noisy seaguls (but then we were by the sea!) otherwise, nothing not to like
