This was a marvellous experience!!! Location: 5mins walk from Haeundae station(has lifts). Good/ famous restaurants just on the streets beside. Haeundae market also within 5mins walk. Beach is just 10mins away. Room: 4 areas to rest. 2 Beds, one large bed with TV, one small bed with floor windows for seaview, which you can wake up to, and also watch TV from, with table and chairs to drink tea and watch the sea. The curtains segregate the small room and made it so cosy! One large sofa to rest, one dressing table with pink chair. Bathroom has a glass door that segregates the shower from the toilet, which helped to keep me warm during the shower. Bath slippers also kept my feet warm as Haeundae is quite cold, feels like 18-20 degrees at night.. Cleanliness: Unexpectedly clean!! With so many facilities, I was surprised to find even the TV remote control was clean, no dust, no oily feel. Table tops with without dust, fridge was clean, no stains nor any signs of food. Microwave, kettle, Iron steamer was clean too! I was not able to find dust on the small bed, nor on the bedding under it, excellent cleaning efforts!!! Supplies: Owner is very considerate. For washing clothes: There are laundry packs, and detergent, laundry basket for your dirty clothes, and a drying rack to dry your clothes! For cooking: microwave, all pots and cutlery, knives, scissors, 2 paper towel rolls. Bathroom specials: In addtion to shampoo, and body wash, Body conditioner made my pores smaller and skin smoother. (can use for hair too). Collagen face wash that removed my blackheads. My face has sensitive skin, and this made my face feel so clean! Even has disposable shower towel (sponge) to scrub your body. Hair care: mini hair iron to style your hair, and made me look like I came out from a Salon..love it so much! Towels and toilet rolls are abundantly stocked up in the cupboards behind the mirror, smart design! Extra Blanket, and 4 pillows in the cupboard.

The room with the big bed was a bit warm. I tried to adjust the temperature, but I couldn't, maybe you can just sleep without the blanket. But after I tried the small bed with seaview, I never went back to this big bed again.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Haeundae, with easy access to food, the beach, and shops. We were given the apartment unit, room number, and entry pin code clearly upon booking. Check-in was seamless.

The apartment lacks any secondary lock or latch. Anyone with the pin can walk right in. That’s a basic safety issue. While there’s a washing machine, there’s no dryer. You’re left with the primitive method of air-drying clothes, which takes ages. There’s a public laundromat downstairs, but that defeats the purpose of booking an apartment with in-room laundry. We asked for extra pillows, but they weren’t available. The apartment only came with 4 pillows for 3 people, which isn’t generous. The elevator situation is a pain: 2 lifts plus 1 fireman lift serving 34 floors, with 7 units per floor starting from level 2. Be prepared to wait. There were very few hooks or racks to hang towels in the bathroom. We had to request for fresh towels, which weren’t proactively offered. The main draw for us was the in-room laundry, but since we still had to head to a public laundromat to dry, it missed the mark. If we’re going to face those inconveniences, we’d rather stay in a proper hotel where we can at least get extra towels and pillows without hassle.

Great location just steps from the beach and access to the lively food market/stands, and excellent choice of restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Very close to the metro and bus stops! Unit was very clean with a washer. Spacious compared to most hotel rooms. Also, the host was excellent and very quick to respond. Sea views were a definite plus!

I think information about the apartment can be more comprehensive, for example how to use washing mechine or stove. Especially for trash. How to manage trash, for those who stays more than 2 days will need to clean up the trash. Or perhaps somebody can help to pick it up.

Breakfast was not included as it was a self catering apartment. The host was still in the property as I arrived an hour early (directly from the airport). She kindly allowed me to occupy it early. There is underfloor heating within all rooms which came in very useful due to my winter stay.
