Lift was out of order.

Excellent location. Good facilities and the size is a bit small and the folding bed is not convenient to fold or unfold.

Should state it is a studio apartment not a one bedroom.

Host didn’t answer phone or send joining instructions. Managed to get hold of him on the second day and he was quite rude just blamed booking avoid at all costs not reliable service

The location was perfect; very close to bus stops, the train station, shopping centre, and grocery stores. The place was beautful and well kept. It was equipped with pots/pans and utensils. It was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend it.

I waited almost an hour to receive my keys to the apartment as the cleaner accidentally left with it and didn't drop it off at the pick-up location. Communication during this process was not the best, even though communication up to this point was excellent. I would have given a higher score if this did not occur.
