Pros: Good parking Quiet Nice views

Need a car to get anywhere. There is a small cafe and petrol station across the road but other than that it’s remote and you will need a car to get anywhere. The property is very unloved. Knowing both showers leaked before we arrived at the property, the owner failed to warn us on our arrival with the result the first time of using we had water all over the tiled floors making it very dangerous. It took the owner the rest of our one week stay to repair the doors. Not sure why we weren’t told of the leaks when showing us round the property the first night. The shower and laundry facilities were very limited. There were exactly 5 tablets for the washing machine. The property is sterile-there was no effort to make it welcoming. No games, no pictures on the walls, no knikknaks to create an ambience. The villa felt very functional (except ofcourse it wasn’t!) Our experience elsewhere has been that there also usually a welcome pack on arrival-a small milk carton etc. This villa just had some water and biscuits but again no effort went into it.

Una auténtica maravilla de alojamiento. La casa es enorme, comodísima y está cuidada al detalle. Todo estaba impecable, muy limpio, ordenado y en perfecto estado. La ubicación nos encantó: lo suficientemente cerca de pueblos como Monopoli para visitarlos fácilmente, pero con la tranquilidad y la paz de alojarse fuera del bullicio. Se nota el cariño con el que está mantenida la propiedad. Ha sido una de las mejores estancias de nuestro viaje y no le cambiaríamos nada. Todo de diez. Sin duda, volveríamos.
