Beachside Bliss Castor Bay - Holiday by the Beach

We were given easy instructions to enter property, and the premises was already warm with heating on when we arrived. Beautiful location, toasty warm spa to relax, and owners had also gone to the trouble of heating the outdoor swimming pool! Our hosts were just a txt away and kept in touch sharing local things of interest that were on in case we were interested. We felt very looked after without being interrupted. Exceptional location with reserve, playground and beautiful beach just through the gate!

Our hosts warned us of the very steep entrance, which some drivers may find hard, but it didn't worry us as parking instruction was clearly given.

Great host, stunning location, pool table, swimming pool, spa pool, kayaks available. Beautiful beach walks. Well stocked condiments.

Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Everything was top but still very cosy and there were lots to do just in the apartment. We were just happily surprised that everything was even better than expected. I won't give anything away for this is a place to experience. Easy to get in to the city with bus once you figured the quite complicated paying system out.

I only wished we could have stayed longer but unfortunately we had a plane to catch. It was hard to find out were to park, even when you got good instructions from the host. You can not see the non-parking sign when entering so it is easy to park where you should'nt. No worries though, as the host warmly and rapidly informed us when we got it wrong. So, FYI the parking is to the right and not to the left when entering from Auckland.
