GBThe location was great and it was close to the centre. Having the onsite parking space was fantastic as the area was busy with cars.

CALocation was very convenient and it had good quality appliances although we didn't have a chance to use them.
The owners communication was non existent. We had difficulty getting through the car gate as it was jammed and had to figure it out ourselves. The video that was provided was unhelpful in this situation which made the whole experience very frustrating plus we had to find parking on the street until we could get the gate open. The room was a little run down with some mold in the shower, dark scuffs on some of the walls and cobwebs hanging in some of the corners.
CHGreat location, conveniently close to everything. It was very comfortable and air conditioned (a must in the hot summer days in Italy). Very responsive hosts, that replied to most of our questions and requests including an earlier check-in, which was very helpful.
There isn’t much not to like. We had a very convenient short stay. A few minor details that could be improved - there’s nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, so we ended putting them on chairs in the kitchen area. The wifi network provided by the host didn’t show up on the list and they didn’t provide us with an alternative.

Sadly this is the first poor review I’ve ever written for an accomodation in Como. We stayed here whilst in Como for our wedding. Having lived in the city and rented dozens of apartments when visiting over the years, this was by far the worst accommodation, mostly due to the lack of communication with the host. We contacted the accomodation on multiple occasions about issues and were ignored each time, until we experienced an emergency on the last day. This showed that they had received our messages and chosen not to respond. Other issues include that the air con leaked, causing the roof to begin to dip in and the lights to break in the bathroom. Multiple lights across the accomodation didn’t work and the kitchen was so poorly equipped that we had to buy further equipment ourselves from Unieuro. One positive was the absolutely LOVELY cleaner Linda, who was just wonderful. We won’t return and won’t recommend this accomodation when our family return with us.
