Resort Suites at Pyramid Tower by GL Staycation

The location of the rooms was very handy. Great location for access to everything in sunway. The local mall is connected and so is the uber fancy hotel next door. Would definitely stay again

Some things were showing there age. (Toilet seat, taps, beds were ok. But could have been more comfortable. All in all It was a comfortable stay and great value for family of 5.

I’ve stayed in many places around the world in all types of budgets and I can honestly say that this is the worst place I have ever had the misery of staying at. The room is not at all like the pictures, do not be fooled. The sheets were diary, clumps of hair when we pulled back the covers, dirt and grit on them and very smelly. The floor was dirty with a layer of grime across the surface. The bathroom was covered in mold and the kitchen was disgusting with cups sitting face down on a tray covered in mold. We arrived late in the evening with a newborn and a 5 year old and contacted the host as soon as we saw how filthy the room was. We asked if we could cancel our second night as we didn’t want to stay there. We had to lay towels down on the beds to sleep in as the beds were so dirty and the host asked us to “wipe away the clumps of hair” and said that the mold was “burn marks, not mold” and refused to refund us. This place is a joke

Location Superb convenience

1 of my apartment was in bad condition. Poor maintenance. Need renovation.

Convenient location, sufficient facilities (hot water dispenser, plugs, utensils) and cosy environment.

Toilet could have been cleaner, had a bit of musty smell when we first entered. Aircon had a rattling sound.
