Amazing one-bedroom in Casa Costa!BEACH PASS INC!

Clean and comfortable

Well it would have been a lovely place to stay! However they let it out to us when they were doing construction work on the balcony side of the building. We had construction noise from 8 until 5! We had no balcony with balcony furniture in lounge! To make things worse we had work men hanging from and on our balcony at random times of the day! So no privacy, we couldn’t open the curtains as there was often men there ! They did offer us a 10% refund on our nine days😡. booking.Com ended up giving us 20% as we couldn’t get anywhere with rentandfun who were the agent! To top this off they said we had not paid a deposit of 200$ . We had to prove we had with a receipt! We were not at all impressed by rentandfun!!!!

Most things were good.

Hot water and lack of water pressure in shower.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check in was pretty seamless and we had all the amenities promised in the listing.

One of the pools was closed due to maintenance/construction. It also would have been nice if there has been tissues/Kleenex.

Very easy, the lobby was staffed on arrival (after 10pm) and they made everything easy. I know the host has no control over this - The assigned parking spot is next to a support column. Parking a full sized car (mini-van or a large SUV could be a challenge.) Lucky for us nobody parked in the spot next to us our entire stay.

THE GOOD POINTS: The bed was very comfortable. The Pool was clean and inviting, however, the hot tub and other pool were NOT IN SERVICE. The beach pass was easy to use, however, the sea grass made enjoying the ocean undesirable. Parking in the building was easy to access and loved the security of the building. The location of the condo was a fantastic.

The place for spotlessly clean, however, when we arrived, we noticed that the toilet had backed up after the cleaning and soaked the bathroom floor and toilet with degusting black and brown crud. The bathroom was re-clean the next day. Unfortunately, it backed up again 3 days later and I HAD TO CLEAN THE TOLIET. The next hiccup was the A/C - air conditioning went out for a day while we were out and it was 87 degrees when we arrived home that evening. We called for maintenance immediately and Margorie told us to check the circuit breaker. We turned it off and on for over an hour and it began to work again. A few hours later it stopped again and we flipped the circuit breaker again. It started working and THE A/C worked for the remainder of our vacation. THANK GOD. The engineer for the building arrived on Friday to check out the toilet & A/C but we were leaving the next day. ALSO, the condo NEEDS a "REAL" chair sit in. The stupid blue chair is ridiculous. I had use the patio chair to sit in ALL WEEK LONG. WOULD HAVE LIKED A VIEW FROM THE BALCONY OTHER THAN A BUILDING. That was a real bummer.
